How To Terminate Coverage

To ensure that all termination requests are processed efficiently and accurately, we require all requests to be submitted through our official termination request form. Please note that IHA does not accept termination requests via phone, email, voicemail, or from third-party individuals. Only the member can request a termination, and until the request is received, no termination can be processed. Our termination process is designed to ensure that all terminations are effective on the last day of the month. Any termination requests received after the first day of the current month will be processed on the last day of that month. Please note that if a refund is due, payment will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the termination request. Thank you for your understanding.
