There Are Two Options 

Option 1 - Use Your IHA Member Portal

To ensure a hassle-free payment process, it's important to keep your banking information up-to-date, as well as to ensure no loss in coverage. Updating your banking information is quick and easy with IHA's member portal. With our secure member portal, you can trust that your information is protected and your payments will be processed smoothly. If you haven't already registered for the portal, simply click on the link below and enter your member ID# (found on your health ID card). Step by step instructions can be found here. Once you've registered, you can easily enter your new banking information, and the updated account will automatically become your active account for future payments.

Option 2 - Submit an ACH Change Request Form

By clicking on the link below, you will be directed to our secure RightSignature ACH Form. This platform utilizes top-notch bank-level security measures to safeguard your data with 256-bit SSL encryption during transit and AWS cloud infrastructure. Simply fill out and submit the form, and it will be sent back to our IHA Member Services Team for processing.
